Did she definitely hang herself or did Loutermilch hang her to hide the fact that he'd just shoved her down the stairs, you know, to hide the evidence that he'd done it, he made it look like a suicide. --HarryPotterRules1 (talk) 12:27, April 29, 2017 (UTC)

Loutermilch killed her and covered it up as a suicide, yes. -Fireworks888 (talk) 12:33, April 29, 2017 (UTC)

I thought she later hanged herself because she was abused both at home and at school and because Blake did not help her when she needed him, thus the "Not telling is worse than lying" message in the flashbacks. --Grizzhly (talk) 15:04, April 29, 2017 (UTC)

If you've played the entire game, she's clearly dead at the bottom of the stairs when the final scene plays showng us what happened to her. "Not telling is worse than lying," is directed at Blake - because he didn't tell anyone that Loutermilch killed her - instead, he just went along with it when Loutermilch staged her suicide and said she'd killed herself.
