After watching & playing the game, reading the Murkoff Account, reading this wiki article and attempting to study this character in depth, there are a few "physical description" things I've noticed aren't on his wiki that maybe should be, or could open further discussion about Richard Trager.
First, the engine has removed most of his bottom lip, and the state of his top lip is unknown. This - much like Eddie Gluskin - is most likely why he speaks with a lisp.
Next, the article mentions: "[...] a patient drip wrapped around his left arm that punctures his veins. This drip could possibly be used as a blood transport for him to survive.
I believe it's worth noting that this, unlike the rest of his ensemble, may not have been put in place by Trager himself. The tubes are identical to those attached to patients placed inside the Morphogenic Engine, as Trager once was. He could have left them in for aesthetic reasons, or put them in for "blood transport" (or transfusions), but the Engine is likely where he got those tubes from to begin with.
Finally, this is more of an opinion and discussion opener, but his magnifying eyeglasses could be interpreted as both surgical and as an homage to his business days. Magnifying eyeglasses are used for operating, as well as things like mechanical and electronic repair, but the first thing I always think of is jewelry appraisal, or investigating counterfeit money. I believe it's possible that while we don't see Richard Trager wearing glasses in the Murkoff Account, that doesn't completely discredit the idea that these could be Trager's actual personal glasses and magnifying attachments. This could have been an intentional decision of the designer to secretly refer to the businessman Trager once was through his physical appearance.
I hope this was helpful, and could be a useful addition to the article!
